This event celebrates your cohort’s achievements at KEHS, with the presentation of certificates and prizes. It is also a lovely opportunity to see teachers and friends again in a more informal setting.

Location: Ruddock Performing Arts Centre
Prizes and certificates will be presented by Emily Andrews (OE 1998). Emily is a distinguished British journalist with over 12 years of experience covering the Royal Family. After leaving KEHS, where she received the Creak Memorial Prize, she read Classics at Cambridge University before beginning her career in journalism at The Birmingham Evening Mail and Birmingham Post, followed by The Sunday Mercury. Emily rose to prominence as Royal Correspondent for The Sun and later as Royal Editor at The Mail on Sunday. Travelling around the world with the Royal Family, she has reported on three royal weddings, four royal births, two state funerals, and famously broke the story of the fallout between Princes Harry and William.
Now working as a freelance Royal Commentator and Journalist, Emily is a regular panellist on The Jeremy Vine Show, offering insights on news and current affairs. She frequently appears as a royal expert on the BBC, ITN, Sky News, and international TV, features in numerous royal documentaries and writes for Grazia, Fabulous, Woman & Home, and Woman magazines.
Emily will share her thoughts and experiences covering the Royal Family – and perhaps offer a glimpse into what they’re really like behind the scenes!
Your parents/guardians have been invited separately, to arrive later at 19.15. This is to allow you time to prepare and learn the procedures for the evening.
If you are unable to attend on 7 November, certificates should be collected and signed for from Reception, at the earliest opportunity after this date. You can either do this yourself or notify the school in writing that a named third-party will be collecting them. For security reasons, certificates cannot be posted.
Please note that bookings will close on Friday 10th October. Unfortunately bookings cannot be accepted after this date.
