We run more than a dozen events each year, to help keep you connected with the school and with one another.
We want all alumnae and friends who attend our events to enjoy themselves, and we will strive to make each occasion memorable for you.
The vast majority of events are photographed and/or recorded. These images/videos are then used: to celebrate the event; within the school archive; and/or for marketing or publicity. We often send a photo as a memento of an event too.
If you do not wish to appear in these images/videos, please alert a member of staff in advance via oldeds@kehs.org.uk or, at the latest, upon your arrival. We ask that you do not participate in posed photos unless you are willing for them to be shared and used as described.
We hope you will be able to join us for every event you book for, but we understand that life can get in the way.
If you cancel your booking at an event, we will aim to give you a full or partial refund – charging you only for money that the school has already outlaid relating to your booking. For most events (though not all) this means that if you cancel more than 14 days in advance, we can often provide a full refund. If you need to cancel your booking, please email oldeds@kehs.org.uk.
If the event is cancelled or postponed by the school, you can choose to transfer your booking to the new date or request a full refund of your ticket price.
The school will not be liable for any transport costs or other costs incurred.
We strive to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any dietary or access requirements, please let us know at the point of booking, so that we can make sure your needs can be met.
If the event happens to fall on the day of a fast, please contact the team prior to booking as we may be able to offer you a reduced ticket price or a delayed meal.
Old Edwardians are very welcome to request an ad hoc visit to see the school. A member of the DARO team would be happy to show you around and you may be able to stay for a coffee or a school dinner.
All such visits need to be pre-arranged, to ensure a member of staff is available for you and to ensure all safeguarding requirements can be met.
